1. Introduction
- Welcome to PSCODE Infotech (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by our app development company. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Services Provided
- We offer mobile and web application development services, including but not limited to UI/UX design, backend development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
3. Client Responsibilities
- ⦁ Provide clear project requirements and necessary resources.
- ⦁ Ensure timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.
- ⦁ Obtain necessary licenses, permissions, or third-party integrations required for the project.
4. Project Timeline & Delivery
- ⦁ Project timelines are agreed upon before development begins.
- ⦁ Delays due to client inaction, changes, or third-party issues are not the responsibility of the Company.
- ⦁ Final delivery is subject to approval and sign-off by the client.
5. Payment Terms
- ⦁ Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
- ⦁ Late payments may result in work suspension until dues are cleared.
- ⦁ No refunds are applicable once development has started.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- ⦁ The final product’s ownership is transferred upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
- ⦁ The Company retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.
- ⦁ Any third-party software, tools, or APIs integrated into the app remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Confidentiality
- ⦁ Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.
- ⦁ No proprietary information will be shared with third parties without prior consent.
8. Revisions & Changes
- ⦁ Minor revisions are included in the agreed scope.
- ⦁ Significant changes or additional features may require extra charges and an extended timeline.
9. Limitation of Liability
- ⦁ We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the developed application.
- ⦁ The Company is not responsible for third-party service disruptions that impact the app’s functionality.
10. Support & Maintenance
- ⦁ Post-launch support is available as per the agreed maintenance plan.
- ⦁ Bug fixes for reported issues within the warranty period will be provided at no additional cost.
- ⦁ Additional features or updates beyond the initial agreement will be billed separately.
11. Termination
- ⦁ Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice.
- ⦁ In case of termination, payments for completed work must be settled.
12. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
13. Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
